On November 12, 2024, the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice (the Antitrust Division) released updated guidance for its prosecutors on evaluating corporate compliance programs (the Guidance). The Guidance supersedes the Antitrust Division’s original 2019 compliance guidance by again tracking similar updated guidance that the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Criminal Division issued in September 2024.
