The New Jersey General Assembly has passed a bill that would prohibit the sale of certain diet pills and dietary supplements for weight loss or muscle building to those under 18. AB 1848 would include products containing ingredients approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for weight loss or muscle-building as well as steroids, creatine, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia cambogia and green coffee bean extract.
