California employers will soon be able electronically manage California Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board ("OSHAB") cases. After finalizing procedural revisions to the Cal/OSHA appeals process earlier this summer, OSHAB will go live with the electronic OSHAB Appeals Scheduling and Information System ("OASIS") on October 3, 2016.
