Public Safety Canada is soliciting feedback on the second year of reporting under the Canadian Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act. The anonymous survey launched yesterday and is available here.

The survey is open until August 20.

The survey is comprised of up to 10 questions and is estimated to take 10-15 minutes to complete. The results will be collected and analyzed with a view to informing Public Safety Canada’s approach to implementation of the Act.

Among other things, the survey is seeking feedback on:

  • The level of burden to report.
  • Additional online reporting guidance that would be helpful.
  • Other ways in which the Government of Canada can better support reporting.
