Organizations, including partnerships, corporations, committees, associations, trade associations, and labor unions that spent over $2,500 in 2024 on lobbying in New Jersey must file a report with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission no later than February 18, 2025. Filers are required to disclose all lobbying-related financial activity that occurred during the calendar year.
