Updated Principles of Remuneration -

On the 9 October 2024, the Investment Association (‘IA’), a trade body for UK investment managers, published the Principles of Remuneration (the Principles). IA members are significant investors in UK listed companies and are as investors, responsible for £9.1 trillion assets under management. The Principles, outline the IA members views on the widely accepted approach to executive renumeration for the majority of companies.
