Beginning January 22, 2017, employers must use the new I-9 Form dated 11/14/16. This replaces the version of the I-9 Form dated 03/08/13. Failure to use the new Form may result in the assessment of penalties. You can obtain copies of the new I-9 Form on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service website.
