At today’s PLI Securities Regulation Institute, Shelley Parratt, Corp Fin Deputy Director, Disclosure Operations, confirmed that, while Corp Fin is “assessing” this year’s conflict minerals filings, the staff has no plans to issue any comments on this first round of filings, although they may comment on future filings.
