Rallyday Partners has announced a strategic investment in Elder Care Homecare.
Elder Care, founded in 2008 and based in Scarsdale, New York, is a senior home care agency serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Rallyday, founded in 2018 and based in Denver, is private equity firm targeting the lower middle market. The firm generally pursues North American companies with at least $10 million in revenue.
Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
