Inspirit Equity has invested in Nomi Health, according to a news release.
Nomi, founded in 2019 and based in Orem, Utah, is the developer of a platform that combines data, direct medical networks and payments. The company works with self-funded employers, local providers and public organizations to create alternative pathways to care.
Inspirit, founded in 2024 and based in Beverly Hills, California, is a global private equity firm that targets companies with total enterprise valuation of up to $300 million. The firm pursues various deal types in several sectors, including healthcare.
