Orchard, founded in 1993 and based in Carmel, Indiana, offers a variety of laboratory information system solutions.
FP, founded in 1999 and based in San Francisco, is a private equity firm that specializes in investments in technology and technology-enabled businesses.
Clinisys is a global provider of laboratory informatics solutions.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
