The Illinois River Watershed Partnership (“IRWP”) is continuing its Online Learning Center.

IRWP states that Week 3 will address:

  • Commercial Low Impact Development
  • Rotational Grazing

The Commercial Low Impact Development course will address best low impact development practices suited for the area. Topics addressed include:

  • Green Solutions to Stormwater Runoff
  • Green Stormwater Infrastructure
  • Permeable Surfaces
  • Rain Gardens and Bioswales
  • Green Roofs

The Rotational Grazing discussion will address:

  • Overview of Rotational Grazing
  • Economics of Grazing
  • Fencing
