  • The NCAA is trying to get South Dakota’s lawsuit moved to federal court. Attorney General Marty Jackley announced the suit last month. The lawsuit seeks to stop a proposed $2.8 billion settlement the NCAA and its largest conferences struck earlier this year in three class action lawsuits.
