This note addresses some of the questions employers are asking about their obligations to employees in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. The measures that businesses can take to manage their employees depends on several factors, such as the employee’s form of employment (e.g. permanent employee or not) and employment agreement and the Company’s work rules and other rules.
