Committees

House Transportation Committee          

The Committee met on Tuesday, August 25, and approved one bill.  S 304, Administration of Logo Sign Program, seeks to clarify that logo signs may be placed on the right-of-way of fully and partially controlled-access highways and to provide that the Transportation Mobility and Safety Division of the Department of Transportation shall administer the logo sign program.

Senate Appropriations/Base Budget Committee

The Committee met on Thursday, August 27, to take up one bill.  H 18, Continuing Budget Authority, funds state government operations at the level in effect on June 30 through September 18, 2015.  The bill received a favorable report in Committee and was approved by the full Senate and House.
