On March 5, the OCC has reportedly ordered all employees to “return to the office” at the end of the month. As part of the order, all OCC employees will have to report to the respective office within 50 miles of their residences on Monday, March 31. For those employees who do not live near an OCC office, the all-staff email reportedly stated the OCC was “still assessing its approach.” Both the FDIC and the SEC have also recently issued similar return-to-office mandates.
