Prerequisite Training:
This series consists of Level 2 Title IX Trainings, which are designed to complement the foundational information provided in our Level 1 Title IX Trainings. Please complete a foundational training program in Title IX (either through our Level 1 training or another competent provider) before attending any of the below Level 2 Title IX Trainings in this series.

Training Audience: Attendance of all sessions in this series is limited to employees of higher education institutions and other individuals who provide services to those institutions. Individuals who are unaffiliated with an institution will not be permitted to attend without prior approval.

LEVEL 2 TITLE IX INFORMAL RESOLUTION TRAINING
This session satisfies the training requirements of the current Title IX regulations for an Informal Resolution Facilitator. During this training, we will explore the benefits, challenges, and best practices for managing informal resolutions on your campus. In addition to presentation-style learning, you will also have the opportunity to practice serving in this role in real-time and receive live feedback from Title IX Informal Resolution Facilitator and Trainer, Laura Anthony. Participants will walk away with the practical tools needed to serve neutrally as an Information Resolution Facilitator and assist in resolution of sexual harassment matters.
