The Singapore International Arbitration Centre’s (SIAC) latest edition of its Arbitration Rules came into effect on 1 January 2025 (SIAC Rules 2025). This is the seventh iteration of the rules and replaces the SIAC Rules 2016 (see Focus “Summary procedures in arbitration: making a long story short”, www. practicallaw.com/3-636-2121).
