In this post-election edition of the buzz, highlights include:

Ballot measures to legalize marijuana were defeated in Florida, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

In state elections, cannabis-friendly governors and legislators were elected or re-elected in Hawaii, North Carolina, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.

The DEA cannabis rescheduling hearing is delayed until January or February due to “lack of information about the participants designated to testify."

From the states: new licenses for medical use opened in Kentucky; adult-use of marijuana were awarded in Delaware; Pennsylvania enacted a state tax deduction for medical dispensaries; the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission has a new Executive Director.
