HEADLINES
- President Donald Trump plans to announce additional tariffs on several countries.
- Trump will host Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the White House.
- Senate Republicans will attempt to jumpstart the budget reconciliation process to advance Trump’s legislative priorities, as House Republicans struggle to agree on a plan.
HOUSE
- The House will hold floor votes tonight through Thursday, including on legislation aiming to enhance the safety of law enforcement officers at the U.S. border.
- Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell will deliver the Fed’s semiannual monetary policy report to the Financial Services Committee Wednesday.
- Thursday, the Foreign Affairs Committee will hold a hearing titled “The USAID Betrayal.”

SENATE
- The Senate will continue using all its floor time voting on Trump’s cabinet nominees, including Tulsi Gabbard for director of national intelligence and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for secretary of Health and Human Services.
- Powell will deliver his report tomorrow at the Senate Banking Committee.
- On Wednesday and Thursday, the Senate Budget Committee will take up its fiscal 2025 budget resolution, the first step toward advancing Republicans’ reconciliation plans.
