USCIS has announced that it will resume premium processing on February 19, 2019 for all H-1B petitions filed on or before December 21, 2018. USCIS previously announced in January 2019 that it would resume premium processing for FY2019 cap-subject H-1B petitions filed during the April 1, 2018 filing window. Premium processing remains available for designated cap-exempt H-1B petitions and petitions filed at the Nebraska Service Center requesting a continuation of previously approved employment with the same employer, without change. The suspension of premium processing remains in effect for all other H-1B petitions filed at the Vermont and California Service Centers.
