2024 Labor and Employment Webinar Series

In our complimentary four-part webinar series, Shipman's labor and employment attorneys will guide private-sector employers through some of the most pressing legal challenges in the modern workplace.

From neurodiversity and AI-driven privacy concerns to the latest employment law trends and managing the impact of social media on your organization's reputation, each session is designed to provide insights and practical tips. Whether you're an HR professional, in-house counsel, or a business leader, these webinars will help you to navigate an evolving legal landscape and protect your company from potential risks.

Neurodiversity in the Workplace

This webinar will explore what neurodiversity means and how to create an inclusive work environment that embraces neurodiversity. Sarah Westby, Sarah Gleason and Justin Cedeño* will discuss best practices for accommodating neurodiverse employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Whether you're navigating reasonable accommodations or looking to support a neurodiverse workforce, this session will offer valuable insights for any employer.
*not admitted to practice in any state.

Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
Sessions 1, 3 and 4 have been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board for a maximum of 1 credit hour in Professional Practice and is appropriate for both transitional and non-transitional attorneys. Newly admitted attorneys can earn CLE credit through participation in any available format.

Session 2 has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Board for a maximum of 1 credit hour in Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias, and is only available for non-transitional credit.
