Charisma Starr will host a workshop on how to use GOSP operating models to create thoughtful work structures in Legal and eDiscovery. GOSP stands for Governance, Oversight, Support, and Perform and is a tool which can be used to provide clarity for internal, external, and hierarchical teams performing day-to-day operations. Borrowed from the energy industry, Charisma has used GOSP models for the last ten years to help legal teams through largescale transformative changes such as mergers, acquisition, company separation, in-sourcing, out-sourcing, process revision, and system replacement. GOSP models help provide clarity, reducing the confusion, finger-pointing, fear and burn-out which can ensue when roles and responsibilities are unclear.
