The session will take place on Tuesday, August 19th at 12pm PST, and will explore how recent federal court decisions are shaping the legal landscape around generative AI.
Mark, Lincoln, and Sam will discuss how courts are interpreting fair use in the context of AI training, and what these rulings mean for in-house counsel. They will also provide practical guidance on how companies can reduce legal risk when developing or using AI tools.
