Jason Wright
Senior managing director in the Investigations and Disputes practice·K2 Integrity
Jason Wright is a senior managing director in the Investigations and Disputes practice of K2 Integrity, resident in London. He provides strategic intelligence to clients, particularly asset management firms, to assist them in maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks in investments, acquisitions, disputes, and other matters.
Jason joined K2 Integrity from Argo Associates Ltd, a Hong Kong–headquartered business intelligence and political risk consultancy that he founded in 2018. Serving as managing director of the consultancy, Jason worked with clients—including asset management companies and corporations across industries—on high-value and complex business intelligence projects, political risk assignments, litigation support, and fraud investigations. His work was typified by an integrated understanding of various connected risks coupled with sophisticated analysis and intelligence gathering. Prior to founding Argo Associates, Jason worked at Kroll for over a decade, including more than five years in senior management roles. Before that, he worked as a television producer, director, and journalist on current affairs and art documentaries and magazine programs.
Jason has contributed numerous opinion pieces and interviews for publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Observer, The Times, The New York Times, and The Korean Economic Daily.
Jason received his M.A. in state management and humanitarian studies from La Sapienza University in Rome and his M.A. (Oxon) from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University, where he was a scholar. He is fluent in Italian and also speaks basic Korean and Mandarin.

Sir Mark Lyall Grant, GCMG
Mark Lyall Grant qualified as a Barrister before joining the diplomatic service in 1980. After postings in Pakistan, France and South Africa, he was appointed High Commissioner to Pakistan (2003-06), Political Director in the FCO (2007-09) and British Ambassador to the UN (2009-15). In that capacity, he chaired the UN Security Council on 4 occasions.
Mark’s final Government appointment was National Security Adviser to David Cameron, then Theresa May (2015-17), advising the Prime Minister on Security, Defence and Foreign policy issues, overseeing the British Intelligence Agencies and acting as Secretary to the National Security Council.
Mark is currently a visiting Professor at King’s College, London, a Bencher at Middle Temple and a fellow at Eton College. He has a number of private sector consultancy roles, focused on national and international security, and on geopolitics; and is on the advisory board at Chatham House. He was knighted in 2007 by HM Queen Elizabeth the Second and in 2022 was appointed the King of Arms at the Order of St Michael and St George.

Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston, KCB, CBE
Air Chief Marshal Sir Mike Wigston was Chief of the Air Staff from 2019-2023, the 4-star commander and head of the Royal Air Force. As principal air and space advisor to the Prime Minister, Secretary of State for Defence, and the Chief of Defence Staff, he was one of the youngest ever to hold the role.
Sir Mike spent over 37 years in the Royal Air Force. He began his career as a fast jet pilot, and served around the world, including numerous operational tours in the Middle East and Afghanistan. As Chief, he empowered innovation at every level, and advocated for the adoption of new technologies like space systems, uncrewed aircraft, swarming drones, and AI. He conceived and established UK Space Command in 2021, and played a leading role launching the strategic partnership with Japan and Italy to build the UK’s next generation combat aircraft, a multi-billion, multi-decade program.
As a board member and senior advisor, Sir Mike brings experience leading a top-tier European Air Force in a time of geopolitical uncertainty, navigating complex global partnerships at the highest levels of international governments, armed forces, and industry across Europe, the Middle East, Japan, Australia, Canada, and the US. He offers a unique perspective in an era of rapid technological change.
In 2024, he supported Bridgepoint Group’s investment in MyDefence, a Danish drone defence company, subsequently joining MyDefence’s Board of Directors. He is also a Strategic Advisor to Faculty AI, a UK AI software and consultancy firm; a Senior Advisor at Alloyed, a metal alloy additive manufacturing firm; a Senior Advisor to Intrepid Growth Partners; a Senior Advisor at BCG; and a Visiting Professor at King’s College London.
Sir Mike’s education includes Engineering Science at Oriel College, Oxford; and an MA in Defence Studies from King’s College London.
