Join us as we aim to illuminate the experiences of neurodivergent people in the workplace. We'll discuss common ways neurodivergence manifests at work and the importance of having conversations about a neurodivergent workplace. This session will delve into an employer's legal obligations to address neurodivergence, including issues surrounding the ADA, reasonable accommodations, confidentiality, and sensitivity. Our goal is to introduce easy-to-implement accommodations, policies, and solutions that could benefit neurodivergent employees – and your organization as a whole.
