The US privacy law landscape continues to evolve each year, and 2025 is no exception. While there were no new comprehensive privacy laws were enacted this year, there were still significant developments. These include amending existing privacy laws and expanding regulations, biometric laws, and privacy controls for minors.

Join experienced privacy counsel for a practical discussion on the privacy legislation that was enacted in 2025 and how to prepare for what’s next. You’ll hear the latest regulatory updates, compliance strategies, and risk management insights to help your organization stay ahead.

Discussion topics will include:

  • Updates on state privacy law amendments and regulations
  • Changes to biometric data collection laws
  • Preparing for new children’s online privacy protection laws
  • Looking ahead to what the federal government might do and what to expect from states in the 2025-26 legislative cycle
