Exciting things are happening with our client Winter Park Distilling Company which recently announced expansion plans of its new “Brewstillery” facility which will combine a craft distillery, brewery, taproom and retail showroom. Housed within the refurbished and redesigned State Auto Body building located at 1280 N. Orange Ave in Winter Park, the Brewstillery will also offer tours and retail sales.
“When we set out to expand the distillery, our first thought was to do something that would pay tribute to those qualities with a concept pioneered right here in Winter Park,” said co-founder Andrew Asher. “Nobody else in Florida has done this yet.”
The new space will have room for a 250-gallon column for distilling Winter Park Distilling Company’s Dog Island Rum, Genius Vodka, Bear Gully Classic Whisky, and other popular varieties of spirits.
