For over 30 years, CDF has distinguished itself as one of the top employment, labor and immigration firms in California, representing employers in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits and advising employers on related legal compliance and risk avoidance. We cover the state, with five locations from Sacramento to San Diego.
Our niche is California labor and employment law, in its entirety, and we’re one of the few boutique firms with a California-wide presence. We represent, advise, and counsel national and regional employers with California employees and workforces, as well as California-based startups, midsize ventures, and privately and publicly held companies and Fortune 500 corporations.
We were one of the first firms to defend wage-and-hour class actions and PAGA actions in California. Our landmark trial work and precedent-setting defenses have built a deep bench and enable us to translate courtroom victories into proactive strategies that help clients avoid and manage risk.
