Beijing Dacheng Law Offices, LLP (“Dacheng”) is an independent law firm, and not a member or affiliate of Dentons. Dacheng is a partnership law firm organized under the laws of the People's Republic of China, and is Dentons' Preferred Law Firm in China. With more than 8,000 lawyers in over 50 offices across China, covering all of the nation's provinces, direct-administered municipalities and autonomous regions, we are able to provide the full spectrum of legal services to our clients and boast strong practices in almost all practice areas.
The excellency of our lawyers and practice has been widely recognized in the legal industry. Letter of Acknowledgment by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (2022): The Ministry of Finance sent a “Letter of Acknowledgment” to thank Jet Deng for his expert contribution as the only lawyer representative in the research on "Improving Anti-monopoly, Anti-Unfair Competition System Guarantee and Policy Measures", including actively conducting research, participating in panel discussions, and feeding back lots of detailed written materials and valuable advice.
